2) Develop a plan: Once you’ve set your goals, it’s time to develop a plan for achieving them. What steps do you need to take? Who needs to be involved? What resources are required? By answering these questions ahead of time, you’ll save yourself a lot of headaches later on 

 

3) Delegate: In order to be successful, you need to learn how to delegate tasks and responsibilities. You can’t do everything yourself—you need to build a team that you can rely on 

 

4) Stay organized: This one goes without saying—but it bears repeating nonetheless. In order to be successful, you need to stay organized and keep on top of things  5) Take action: This is the most important tip of all.
