2018 was a challenging and eye-opening year for RE/MAX Kelowna’s Colin Krieg. His production dropped in half from 2017, his then most rewarding year in terms of sales. “I had been riding high off of having my best year in 2017 and felt that I didn’t need to work as hard anymore,” he recalls. “Boy was I wrong.”
Learning from this experience, Krieg decided to focus and explore new ways to add value to his clients. As a result, he achieved a personal record of selling 63 homes last year, outperforming his numbers from three years ago.
Krieg’s father, who has been in real estate since 1979, inspired Krieg to join the industry when he was 19. Now, with a web design and business background, Krieg is part of RE/MAX’s Top Producer Panel, where he provides valuable technology strategies to new agents as they first delve into the business.
