Jay Cupolo’s roots run long and deep in Niagara Falls, stretching all the way back to 1875, when the first branch of the family arrived in the area from Italy. “Our family ran a retail sporting goods store for close to 100 years,” he says. “I learned at a young age that working hard and helping people will take you a long way in life.”
Since selling his first pair of Chuck Taylors when he was eight years old, Cupolo says he has incorporated a family model into real estate, which has proven to be supremely effective. “Regardless of market conditions or technology, people need to be heard, helped and have someone to count on to get them to their next chapter of life. We will do what it takes to make that happen for our clients,” Cupolo says.
