In less than a year after its formation, Jeff Ham’s Keller Williams team is already one of the top producing teams in the country. Ham credits the team’s culture and grind-it-out determination for enabling it to service clients at the highest level.
“We truly collaborate as a group and consider it to be more of a partnership with each agent,” Ham says. “We've created a vision big enough for every member of our team to grow to their desired capacity.”
As a new team, growing pains are par for the course. A few hiring- and operations-related bumps in the road have already led to major improvements. “Breakdowns create breakthroughs. We've been able to overcome every struggle and come out stronger on the other side.”
