14 years into her career as an agent and Kristine Johnson says she’s as in love with it today as she was on the day she started. That’s not to say things haven’t changed or become more challenging for RE/MAX Absolute Realty’s top performer.
“One major challenge I face as a realtor is the volume of 'For Sale by Owner' properties,” Johnson says. “In a hot market the general public can doubt the worth of hiring a realtor, choosing instead to do it themselves.” Johnson says agents are constantly under the gun to display their value to clients. Her passion and problem-solving skills should keep her in the upper echelon of the Ottawa market for years to come.
“I am a one woman team and I give each client 100 percent of myself because each transaction is a representation of me,” she says.
