With 30 years in the real estate business, Louise Stephens continues to set an example for others in the industry. Stephens is the managing broker of RE/MAX Real Estate Centre’s Kitchener office, one of the brokerage’s 17 locations. She is the creator of the 90-day Commit to Success Challenge, REC’s exclusive agent training program, which has been used to train most of the brokerage’s 875 agents. A believer in accountability and goal setting, she also created REC’s in-house coaching program.
In recognition of her impact and continued support of local and national charities, Stephens was honoured with the RE/MAX Manager of the year Award for Canada in 2017.
