Major real estate firm appoints President

One of the most well-known brands in the world has made a significant appointment as it targets the high-net-worth markets in Canada.

Dundee Corporation has announced the appointment of Brad J. Henderson to the position of President & Chief Executive Officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, effective immediately. Sotheby’s International Realty Canada is a key component of Dundee’s wealth management strategy catering to the high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth markets.

“Adding Brad Henderson to the team is a significant step in enhancing our investment in Sotheby’s International Realty Canada and in implementing our wealth management strategy. Mr. Henderson is a senior executive leader with diverse experience and capabilities. Most recently he was Senior Managing Regional Director for CBRE in Canada and the North Central United States where he oversaw a team of more than 1,200 people.

Previously, he held senior executive roles at Colliers International and Royal LePage. He has also enjoyed success in the telecom and technology sectors, having held executive roles at TELUS and Gibraltar Solutions. Mr. Henderson serves as a volunteer Co-Chair of Civic Action’s Race to Reduce and a long time serving committee leader and member of the Toronto Regional Board of Trade.
