Marcel Gladu is nothing if not consistent: Every year since 2006, he has been a member of either Re/Max’s Chairman’s Club or Platinum Club. “An elite real estate agent always puts his clients’ best interests above all else,” Gladu says. “At the end of the day, it isn’t about cashing another commission cheque, but rather creating a lasting impression and meaningful client-Realtor relationship.”
Although he’s at the top of his game, Gladu is always looking for new ways to increase awareness. He recently started a What’s Cooking in Real Estate? video series, where he showcases clients’ homes while cooking in their kitchens.
