Michele Cummins may not have officially been named the Queen of Fraser Valley Real Estate, but she definitely has a couple of fingers on the crown. A 15-year industry veteran and trained negotiator, Cummins is RE/MAX’s top selling agent in the Valley and regularly places in the top 1% of all Fraser Valley realtors. A certified specialist in both luxury homes and new-builds, a certified mentor and the host of her own radio show, Cummins’ crown is going to have to find room amongst a lot of other hats.
Despite being well-established and having sold millions of dollars in real estate, Cummins still holds fast to the “do what it takes” attitude that got her where she is today. “I'm still willing to host open houses, go door knocking and hand deliver flyers,” she says. ‘By showing up, working hard and doing good work, the results will be evident.”
