In a competitive business flooded with different business models, Peter Vandendool understands that creating an identity based around the value an agent brings to clients is necessary for survival. Over the past 25 years, Vandendool has done just that, standing out from a crowded Hamilton market because of his integrity and care for his clients.
Vandendool has closed between 75 and 100 deals a year for the last decade. Ironically, he says his performance has been improved by working less. “I decided to take a week off every three months,” he explains. “We book a new vacation the moment we got home from the last. This way I always have that positive energy required in our business. You exude positive energy everyone wants to be around you.”
