Ryan Pattinson has been exposed to real estate since he was little, having spent a lot of time at his realtor mother’s office growing up. But it wasn’t until working for a summer at a local Royal LePage office while studying accounting that he began to consider following his mother’s footsteps in real estate. After four years at an accounting firm, Pattinson decided to switch careers and entered the industry in a small rural market.
A Diamond Award and Top 35 under 35 recipient, Pattinson emphasizes the importance of positive relationships and constant improvement as keys to success. “I try my best to build strong relationships with the agents in my market so other agents enjoy working with me,” he says. “I continually focus on improving my clients’ experience with extensive marketing strategies and local market knowledge.”
