Sam Narayan and Ayaz Bhanji are proving that there’s strength in numbers. In 2009, they purchased the Re/Max Excellence brand, and together they’ve grown the brokerage to more than 100 agents. That rapid expansion has led this dynamic duo to most recently purchase a state-of-the-art professional centre in West Edmonton. They designed the new 26,000-square-foot space and currently occupy the 14,000-square-foot top floor, leaving the 11,000-square-foot main floor open to rental income.
