Taking the reins of a successful three-generation business can bring with it a potent mixture of pressure and anxiety. Not so for Toronto’s Fulton Sisters – Carly, Katelyn and Paige – who jumped at the chance to take over the operation of their grandfather-founded Century 21 franchise. In addition to adding 75 new agents, bringing the total number to 400, the three Fultons have also renovated their 10,000 sq ft head office; created multiple new mentorship initiatives, including a weekly Millionaires Club and a Systems for Success training program; and launched a team dedicated to new construction.
Some of the only millennials to be featured in this year’s Elite Women, the Fulton’s entered the industry at a time when women are more widely supported and encouraged to succeed. “There is no glass ceiling in the industry,” says Katelyn. “We’ve had the opportunity to meet and collaborate with many strong, intelligent women in leadership roles in brokerages around the country who are crushing it.”
