Team Leader: Duke Pham
Duke Pham’s Century 21 team is, as its name would suggest, young and hungry. At the end of July, they were the company’s seventh-ranked team in Canada.
With his duties as team leader growing by the day, Pham says his days as a salesperson may be coming to an end. “I need to devote my time to making my team successful, so taking a step back and analyzing who needs me, when and where has been a tremendous step forward for me,” he says.
Pham’s emphasis on training, and innovative rotation program of pairing team leads with newer agents, has helped create a nimble, well-prepared squad that already ranks among Toronto’s real estate elite.
