Phil Soper isn’t the first president the Royal LePage brand has ever seen, but he’s certainly among the most successful, leading the company to triple its revenue and double its agent count since he took the helm in 2002. He also directed the restructuring of the company, pushing it to become a publicly traded enterprise in 2003. And REP isn’t the only establishment to recognize his accomplishments: he received the 2014 CEO Award of Excellence in Public Relations from the Canadian Public Relations Society.
